What's inside
- 1 x B+Fuel Honey Performance Gel: organic Cape Town honey, Kalahari Desert salt and micronised creatine in a 20g grab-and-go sachet. Five ingredients, zero compromise.
- 1 x A+Salt in your choice of Citrus Surprise, Passion Pop or Mocktail Magic: sugar-free, carb-free hydration with sodium, magnesium and potassium, plus Essential Amino Acids and Glycine for muscle repair and recovery.
How to use it
- Take one B+Fuel sachet 15 minutes before you start, then another every 45 minutes on longer sessions.
- Mix A+Salt with water before, during or after training to replace the minerals you sweat out.
