Clear delivery information, from checkout to your doorstep.
Standard delivery is R100 for orders below R1,000, and free for orders of R1,000 or more. The qualifying amount is your order value after discounts, excluding delivery charges.
Express delivery is R150 where offered at checkout. The free delivery threshold applies to standard delivery.
The delivery options and total charge for your address are shown before you pay. Some products, including the Starter Pack, have their own delivery offer. If your basket contains products from different delivery profiles, the final charge is calculated at checkout.
Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed. Where available, dispatch and transit estimates are shown at checkout or provided with your order update. Contact us before ordering if you need your parcel by a particular date.
When tracking is available, we will share the details using the contact information on your order. If your parcel is delayed, contact us so we can follow up with the courier. Delivery estimates do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
International delivery is available only for destinations offered at checkout. The current general international delivery rate is R320 where offered. Import duties, taxes or clearance charges not collected at checkout may be payable in the destination country. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
Check your address, postcode and contact number before paying. If you spot an error, email info@primalwellness.co.za as soon as possible. We will confirm whether a change is still possible.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number. Photos of the parcel and affected items can help us investigate, but do not restrict your statutory rights.
