I've been using creatine monohydrate from one of the other cheaper brands and even at 3g or less, every single time I've taken it, i had sucha bad runny stomach. so I did some research and came across this product which clearly states that it uses the cleanest forms of creatine monohydrate (Creapure) made in Germany and immediatley I could tell the difference simply because it dissolved fully right away in my water. Ofcourse time will tell until later today if i have any side effects but up until now, perfect.
