The Sleep Stack combines three scientifically supported nutrients that work together to help your body transition into a relaxed state, support deeper sleep cycles, and improve overnight recovery.

L-Theanine + Vitamin B6 – calms the brain and reduces mental stress. Take 2 capsules 30–60 minutes before bed.

L-Glycine – supports the nervous system and sleep regulation. Take 2 capsules 30–60 minutes before bed.

Magnesium Glycinate – relaxes muscles and supports nervous system balance. Take 2 capsules 30–60 minutes before bed.

Together, these support the brain, nervous system and muscles so the body can repair, restore and recover overnight. For best results, combine with good sleep habits such as reducing evening screen time and keeping a consistent bedtime.
