Before I became a Primal Health Coach or founded Primal Wellness, I was just trying to feel better.

I struggled for years with breakouts, bloating, brain fog, and autoimmune symptoms that no doctor or diet seemed to solve. I tried everything—elimination diets, skincare routines, prescription meds—but nothing truly healed me. And honestly, it felt like I was always managing symptoms instead of fixing the root problem.

It wasn’t until I came across Mark Sisson’s Primal Blueprint that things started to change. I immersed myself in the science and became certified as a Functional Therapeutic Diet Specialist & Wellness Coach—because I didn’t just want to feel better; I wanted to understand why this approach works.

Now, I help others do the same through my health coaching practice and of course the Primal Wellness platform, a brand built out of my own healing journey—created for people like me (and maybe like you too).

So… What Is the Primal Lifestyle?

The primal lifestyle is all about going back to the basics—reconnecting with how our bodies were designed to eat, move, sleep, and live. It’s not a trend or a fad diet. It’s a return to human nature.

Inspired by evolutionary biology and backed by modern science, the primal approach encourages:

Think grass-fed meats, wild-caught fish, pastured eggs, organic veggies, fruit, healthy fats, and fermented foods. No ultra-processed junk. Just the kind of food our ancestors would recognize—and our bodies still crave.

Prioritizing sleep, managing blue light, getting sunlight during the day, and honoring circadian rhythms.

Time outside. Deep breaths. Real connection. We weren’t made for constant screen time and cortisol spikes.
